Correct me if I am wrong but she remains the "head" of the the [apostate] Anglican Church and, as such (one would think), retains the authority to NOT sign legislation. She would not "overrule" it; she would withhold the approval or sanction as head of the Church. But that would require character and, sad to say, the royals, like the "BoBos," choose the path of least resistance. Not that it needs to be asked, but if you think "Britain is over," how far behind are we? And, as an American who actually did postgraduate work in fine art in Britain, it took less than a generation for the school I attended to change its curriculum from a classical, traditionalist regimen to a "post-modern" institution indistinguishable from any of its British or American counterparts.
