Thank you for so clearly summing up my generation's quandary: as a twenty-something Catholic, I don't know where to turn. I will be forced, as you say, to put aside blind partisan loyalty and frankly ANY political ideologies or affiliations for the higher (but much more difficult) task of sorting out the good and the true wherever they may be.
