On a related not, it seems the growing secessionist movement is developing along some interesting fractures - legal secession vs. guns and tanks. I'm all for self-reliance, including a good amount of food stored for whatever calamities are sure to come (hurricanes, job loss, etc...) but the armageddon-tomorrow mindset forgets the charity that is a prerequisite in the Christianity most of them claim. If the end of the world is tomorrow (who knows?), seems a final judgment might include more criteria than how well the gun case in the bomb shelter is stocked. Sent at: 2008 05 16
