They point to the fact I’m a fairly honest, hard working person, who gives to charity and loves his family. Apparently without the threat of eternal damnation, or the influence of some higher power, i wouldn’t behave as i do. Odd. But to be fair, i cannot grasp how people can believe in god, and i suspect people who claim to believe are like 9 year olds who claim to believe in Santa, deep down they know it’s nonsense. Anyway, I don’t care if people believe - actually no I’m glad some do. Who am i to or anyone else pretend i know all the answers? Which is why i loathe idiots like the Taliban or Hitchens who insist everyone must believe as they do. Thankfully Satan tempted humanity with the fruit of knowledge, and gave us all the ability to make up our own minds on such matters. Which is how it should be.
