Not only are the Chinese taking over land illegally, they say, but are potentially endangering wildlife, as well as polluting the river by dumping human waste into it....Funny thing is, as the Russians don’t speak Chinese and the Chinese don’t speak any Russian, there’s no communication going on. One party doesn’t know what the other party is thinking.
