Being a conservative is not about the easy road. Conservativism is NOT about re-writing history and it is re-writing of history to say that Slavery is wrong! It is NOT the teaching of the Church. All Abolitionists are anathemitized--heretics--going to hell. Being a conservative is not tea time and it is not go-along to get along.
