Select "Icons of the Mother of God" from the list on the left and once tere scroll to the date shown (old and new calendar) with the title "Reigning". It is also interesting to note the style of the icon--very Latin in its appearance, as opposed to more traditional Byzantine. My own theory (perhaps crackpot, as many of mine are) is that this icon may been painted (written) in Ukraine originally, where I believe Latin influence to have been more pronounced.
