Take a trip to any muslim country, say starting with Pakistan and you will see the major cities proud of their promionant landmark Churches, Cathedral, and Convent schools for girls. Christians enjoy full legal protections. Religious minorities are represented on the national flag by the white Band closest to the flag pole representing the non-muslim portion of the public. Christians lived side by side with muslims for last 1400 years in Syria. The same is true of the rest of the muslim world. Saudi Arabia is an exception and a backward clan and tribal society. However, since Darth Vader & shrub launced the neo crusades christians have been mostly driven out of Iraq. The Pope is seriously concerned that this claptrap about a war of civilizations might well result in the persecution of christian minorities from Morroco to Indonesia. However, its really about the oil. The clash of civilizations and demographic catastrphe talk is just a smokescreen to hide the real agenda from the people of the "West". The Russians and Chinese are not fooled. They have no intention of letting the U.S. establish hegemony over them by controlling middle eastern oil.
