While it was being broadcast hundreds of people were being blown up by the latest wave of car bombings in Baghdad. Watching this self-satisfied war monger blandly ignore the disaster which he and his kind have contrived for us in the Middle East was enraging. Of course it was gratifying to learn that in his youth he was inspired by JFK's rhetoric and that he disapproved of his friends' Hollywood parents, whose Communist sympathies were insincere.
