We are judged by our race's activities. Christianity does not do away with race/nation/tribe/ethnicity. Does God do away with Gender in Heaven? NO. So neither does God do away with national identities. In the Greek Orthodox Church, many saints, in the Church Triumphant, are known by their nationality!!! The Church recognizes their saints in nationality. If these Saints retain their nationality in Heaven----Then NO there is NO universalism, neo-babelism in Heaven. We all remain in our Tribes in Heaven. And yes, Catholic Social Doctrine and its spawn Liberation theology is all marxist claptrap. Sometimes I consider Catholic Social Doctrine as a puppy of Jewish Tikkun Olam ('fixing the world'). Much of Catholic clergy and laity, in the words of Dr. Cathey, are just a bunch of socialists.
