I don't know what Frum has against the Kaiser and I sincerely doubt if he's much of a Canadian patriot. Suffice to say the tragedy of World War I has led to much of the world that we see today. Maybe that's why Frum celebrates what was a stupid and senseless war while the sane people of the world mourn so much that was lost.
