Also, you contrast our predicament with the 1950s – an era a scant half-century ago. If is difficult to imagine such corrosive changes occurring in such a short time without an outside agent to speed up our descent. You gave only passing reference to Cultural Marxism, but for the past few decades it has dominated Western media and academia, two institutions whose influences are perversely magnified by their tenuous connections to reality. These institutions have become moral truncheons to demonize and degrade all things Western, civilized and, yes, white. By the time an “average American” has graduated grade school, he or she has been thoroughly indoctrinated to despise all things about himself, his culture and his history. Over the blood-soaked course of the 20th century, Marx’s tendentious bilge has been revealed for what it’s always been, and the man himself as a fat ghetto drunk with no knowledge of government, economics or history. His vehicle was the self-importance of “the revolution,” trundling along on illusory moral dominion accorded acolytes, comrades… useful idiots. The “movement” has degenerated to soft-sell, feel-good Pete Seeger/campfire slogans about how wonderful the world will be when all the reactionary honkies are dead, and the proletariate has morphed into Tapas Bar Revolutionaries, arguing liberation theory while chewing out their Third World yard crews for noisy leaf blowing. But the destructiveness and pervasiveness of the tired old doctrine remains. In all the crap about a the “Jena Six,” not one mainstream talking head questioned the application of moral equivalency to 1) - pulling an ugly prank by hanging nooses in a Southern tree, and 2) – savagely beating a teenager to unconsciousness. Not one. We are fearful and brimming with guilt, to the point where we are terrified of speaking the truth, terrified of giving voice to the genuine feelings and opinions we hold inside. We allow our children to be taught to hate themselves – and pay taxes to support this monstrous travesty.
