In my country (Canada), the CBC and other establishment media would have already tarred Dr. Paul as a dangerous rightist. Otherwise, they would fail to grasp how a "conservative" can oppose the Iraq war, since it is convenient to ignorant Canadian Liberals to equate neoconservatism with conservatism tout court.
