Joe Biden can’t restrict himself to statements like, “Israel has a right to defend itself,” but instead launches into to something like this:
Obama’s foreign policy is looking more and more “Washington consensus” as each day goes by…

UDATE: I didn’t notice this the first time, but check out 2:05—Biden weirdly puts his arms around the microphone and then stares off into space thinking some deep thought… This guy is going to make a fool of himself over the next two months.
