Rick Perry is not the only prominent movement conservative from Texas calling for a devolution of federal power. About a month ago Chuck Norris came out of the closet as an advocate for the 10th Amendment and an opponent of the Fed. I’m not sure if his bromance with Mike Huckabee is over or not, but I must admit that Norris is just the sort of personality that is useful to have on our side.
