JFK DIARY: HITLER HAD “€œTHE STUFF OF WHICH LEGENDS ARE MADE”€
Now up for auction, the only diary John F. Kennedy ever kept reveals a fondness for Adolf Hitler. Visiting Germany only four months after Hitler’s suicide, JFK wrote:

He had in him the stuff of which legends are made…within a few years Hitler will emerge from the hatred that surrounds him now as one of the most significant figures who ever lived….[He] had boundless ambition for his country which rendered him a menace to the peace of the world, but he had a mystery about him in the way he lived and in the manner of his death that will live and grow after him.

As testament to Kennedy’s prophetic powers, Americans in 2017 probably hear about Hitler at least ten times for every time JFK is mentioned.”€¨

ASSOCIATED PRESS DENIES SEXUAL DIMORPHISM
In a further abdication of journalistic objectivity and yet another capitulation to Creeping Cultural Marxism, the Associated Press emailed its subscribers and instructed them to refrain from referring from “€œeither”€ or “€œboth”€ sexes. It also peddled the completely counterfactual notion that there is a difference between “€œsex”€ and “€œgender”€:

Gender refers to a person’s social identity while sex refers to biological characteristics. Not all people fall under one of two categories for sex or gender, according to leading medical organizations, so avoid references to both, either or opposite sexes or genders as a way to encompass all people.

Surely “€œleading medical organizations”€ can offer quantifiable, peer-reviewed, clinically replicable evidence that there is a difference between sex and gender. We would be thrilled”€”honored, even”€”if they would let us see this evidence.

MEXICO CITY SUBWAYS INSTALL MAN-SHAMING PENIS SEATS
One of the things we actually liked about Mexico was the idea that it is extremely sexist. To our severe dismay, now comes news that the Mexico City Metro has installed “€œsexist seats“€ on its trains. Molded in hard plastic, these seats feature a male chest, nipples, and penis, making them impossible to sit in without a plastic penis jutting into your buttocks. Marked “€œmen only,”€ the seats are accompanied by a sign that reads:

It’s uncomfortable to sit here but it doesn”€™t compare with the sexual violence that women suffer in their everyday lives.

That sounds tremendously hyperbolic. We refuse to believe that women suffer sexual violence in their everyday lives”€”even in Mexico.
