The Week’s Most Snappy, Crappy, and Nappy Headlines

A BLACK PANTHER SUPER BOWL
At halftime during this year’s Super Bowl”€”which featured a team named the Panthers who have a black quarterback“€”black singer Beyoncé Knowles led a group of black women dressed as Black Panthers who assembled into an “X” formation while raising Black Power fists and performing a song that referenced the Black Lives Matter movement.

A Detroit cop wondered aloud on Facebook that if such a display is “okay,” surely it would be “okay” to have a KKK-themed musical halftime next year. His comment was deemed to be “problematic” since it dared to make a transparently false equivalency between a white power group and a black power group, and everyone knows that’s ridiculous. There was absolutely nothing hateful about the Black Panthers, as Teen Vogue carefully explains.

Incidentally, the Panthers lost and their black quarterback treated his defeat like a petulant toddler would.

BERNIE SANDERS BECOMES THE FIRST JEW TO WIN A PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY
By crushing the pantsuit-wearing succubus Hillary Clinton in the New Hampshire Democratic primary, cantankerous Vermont socialist Bernie Sanders became the first Jew to win a presidential primary in American history. Although he spent time on an Israeli kibbutz in his youth, Sanders doesn’t make a big point of being Jewish. Neither does he make a peep about the fact that the “billionaires” against which he’s constantly railing are disproportionately Jewish by a factor of about 10.

“€œSanders doesn’t make a big point of being Jewish.”€

TED NUGENT LINKS ZIONISTS TO GUN CONTROL
Gun-worshiping rocker Ted Nugent unleashed a machine-gun-style barrage of Jew-hatin’ on the Web last week by posting an image that showed “Israeli flags on a collage of the faces of 12 prominent Jewish Americans,” all of whom are prominent agitators for gun control. The headline of the image is “So who is really behind gun control?” In other posts, Nugent referenced “Jew York City Mayor Mikey Bloomberg” and derided Holocaust victims as “soulless sheep led to slaughter.” ADL head honcho Jonathan Greenblatt dismissed Nugent’s comments as “conspiratorial anti-Semitism”:

Regardless of one’s views on gun control, this kind of scapegoating of an entire religious group is completely unacceptable and completely divorced from reality.

Greenblatt did not bother to refute the allegation that these twelve Jewish Americans were highly visible proponents of gun control, because such an assertion would be “completely divorced from reality,” so why even bother?

In response to the predictable torrents of criticism that Nugent faced, he told his critics to “Eat me.”

“€CRACKA, YOU DON”€™T BELONG HERE”€
Two black-on-white assaults in Brooklyn last week involved the word “cracka,” which is a hip and urban way of enunciating the English word “cracker.”

Last Sunday on a Q train platform, 44-year-old Randy Aveille was sucker-punched by an assailant who allegedly said, “Cracka, you don’t belong here.” When Aveille fell to the ground, his attacker reportedly shouted “Someone get this white cracka ass off the floor! It’s a black neighborhood!” When Aveille’s fiancée attempted to intervene, the unidentified Bantu male allegedly elbowed her in the head before fleeing.

Then on Thursday at another Brooklyn subway station, a 6’1” black male reportedly knocked a 51-year-old white male to the ground before shouting, “This is for Malcolm X, cracka!”

At press time, this has not become a national news story for some inscrutable reason.
